To the south-east of the Stožice Sports Centre there are two football fields: a larger football field with natural grass and an irrigation system measuring 100 x 60 metres, and a smaller field with artificial grass measuring 100 x 52.5 metres, with artificial lighting added.
The lighting was implemented with 6 columns of 18 m height, on which 24 reflectors of 2300 W were installed. The football fields were also equipped with appropriate power and control cabinets. The spotlights are switched on in 3 stages via a DALI controller. Both football fields are surrounded by a fence up to 2,5 m high. The safety fence has a 5 m wide gate in two places, and there is an additional catch net around the fields, which is strung between 6 m high posts.
The football fields are used by Ljubljana football clubs in all age categories to prepare for competitions and offer excellent conditions for training, both in summer and winter.
